 My Favourite Place One of my favourite places to relax is my room. When I am in my room, I feel most relaxed. I read books and letters, listen to music or sleep. My house has three rooms. My room has a big bed, a cupboard, a study table and chair. It is simple, but very comfortable. I love to read letters from my friends in my room. Sometimes, their letters are very funny and I laugh to myself. I also love to read books. I have some books both sinhala and English. When I have free time after completing my homework, I read my books. When I read, I am often transported into another world - a world of fantasy. I like to do all these in my room because to me it is the most relaxing place in the whole house. It is my "little kingdom."

My favorite sport My favorite sport is football. It is the most popular sport all over the world. It is so much fun. Football is very useful as it keeps our body and mind active. I enjoy playing football with my friends. I also like watching football matches on TV with my family. My favorite football player is Mohamed Salah, who plays for Liverpool. He is the best player in the English League because he is very fast and skillful. He scored a lot of gorgeous goals. I am a big fan of him. He is also called the Egyptian King. I adore football as it is my lovely game.

 How are you still at the foot of the door in Susaliya . . The stars in the black sky are shining on you ..  The wind is blowing in your heart . . The sweet feeling is the endless memories of the fragrant virtues .. I am still looking at you as my gifts come one by one.  Like a beautiful song from the past. Religion brings comfort . It is a recurring theme.  The rest of the memories that will never be found again are a foregone conclusion . In a world where the chest is lonely, the density is also a silver lining. The loneliness of the night is a strange sigh as the mind conceives of separation. How subtle is the roar, though subtle.

 My hobby is drawing. I mostly draw pictures of people, animals and birds. I use crayons, pencils, colour pencils etc to draw pictures. During birthdays of my parents, sister and friends, I gift my best drawings to them. I spend my free time drawing pictures. I got first prize in my school for the drawing competition. I love drawing girls with different hair styles. The hair styles i know are plaits, two sides, ponytail etc. I like to draw the sunset the most. I love drawing. I like to become an artist when I grow up. drawing is a particular hobby which i love it. without colours i can't imagine drawing because without colours the painting looks dull so drawing is the most perfect hobby for me 

During the last summer holidays I had a pleasure trip. I took a pleasant journey by train. When and where from the journey began: It was summer vacation. My elder brother and I were to start for polonnruwa form the kurunegala station at 8-30 a.m. accordingly. We went to the station fifteen minutes earlier. In the mean time the bell rang. With the whistle of the guard the train steamed off. Journey scene of the way: It was a full moonlit night. I was peeping through the window of the train. The snow white beauty of the clam nature outside charmed my eyes. The train moved on between green fields. It was a mail train. 

 My favorite person is my mom. I love her so much. She sacrifices for me a lot. She is a multitasking mom for me. She shares everything with me like a friend. And she is a best friend for me always. She helps me a lot with my homeworks. I love her to the core. I made her happy in her life. She is unique, beautiful, awesome etc. I love her so much..She is a precious women for me. She prepares me a hygiene lunch and she says many bed time stories. She cares me a lot. She carried me for 10 months and got me as a gift. If I have exam means she will be afraid a lot. She is the first teacher for me who teaches disciplines, punctuality etc. She is the only person who stands with me in both good and bad situation. She cannot be replaced by someone. I love her always.

 I am very foodie. I love to eat and cook. The food gives us energy. Without food, there is no life. There are so many dishes available in today's world some like Indian foods like Biryani, Dosa, Pav Bhaji, Pani Puri etc whereas some like western foods like Pizza, Burger, Noodles etc. Among the number of food Pizza is my favorite food because it tastes and smells fabulous. The pizza itself looks so yummy, crispy and so cheesy. There is no better feeling in the world than a warm pizza box on your lap. My love for Pizza is very high. I am always hungry for pizza, be it any time of the day. Cheese is the secret ingredient of any food it makes any food taste yummy. Nearly any ingredient can be put on pizza. Those diced vegetables, jalapenos, tomato sauce, cheese and mushrooms

  Happiness comes now and then, We cannot be sure just when. But when its there, enjoy each hour Because happiness has such power, Joy to you it will bring Even make someone else sing.  What peace of mind happiness can show Making you and others glow, Nurture it, make it last Forget the troubles of the past. Never fear that it will go for it could always grow and then tomorrow there it will be,  For happiness can set you free.

 My favourite storybook is The Ugly Duckling. It was written by a famous writer called Hans Christian Anderson. He wrote beautiful fairytales for children. This story has also been made into a movie. The story is about a little duckling. Everyone thought he was ugly. His parents, brothers and sisters did not bother with him because he was different. He did not look like them and he did not sound like them. Everyone made fun of him. He was lonely and sad. Time passed and soon the ugly ducking grew into a beautiful swan. He was not an ugly duckling anymore. He never was. He had only looked and sounded different. Actually, he was a baby swan and not a duckling. How happy he was now! Everyone admired him and no one was mean to him anymore. This is my favourite storybook because it has a happy ending. I like happy endings. I like to believe that every thing will turn out right in the end.

 All my teachers are very good, but one of them is favourite to me. A good teacher is the most important person of any educational institution. An ideal teacher wins a place in the heart of a good student and gradually turns to be a model. Mr. Janka kulathunga is my favourite teacher. To me, he is an ideal teacher. He has left a permanent impression on my mind by his extraordinary qualities. I am fond of his striking personality and admirable teaching method. His teaching methods are students spell-bound. He teaches like a successful actor. Because of his vast knowledge, he deserves high estimation. He is awarded the best English Teacher Award in our district. He is very strict where there is any corruption. However, his character is well-marked for his outstanding magnanimity and equal justice to every student. I respect my favourite teacher and love him from the very core of my heart.

I have a pet dog, and his name is Shenu .He is three years old, huge built, brown-coloured German shepherd dog. He loves our family members but is aggressive to strangers.He protects our house especially during nights, and no one dares to come in front of him.Apart from being loyal, German COM Shepherds are very obedient and intelligent, so they y are also good sniffer dogs.Though Shenu is fierce, he is friendly too.He chas all the stray dogs that tend to enter our house.Physical activities like running, playing, jumping etc. make him happier, and he doesn't like sitting idle.Shenu is very protective of us and attacks anyone who tries to misbehave or harm us.It is always exciting to play with Shenu, and everyone, especially my younger brother, enjoys playing with him.

 A Visit to Hill Station A recreational trip to a hill station is of tremendous importance in our life. It gives us a chance to see the beautiful scenes of nature. It refreshes us physically, mentally and spiritually. It increases our capability to a great extent. Last summer, I had a good chance to spend a few days among natural scenes of Ritigala hills. We, a party of ten friends decided to make a recreational trip to Ritigala hills. It was with a sense of great relief that one pleasant morning we hired a coach and left for ritigala from anuradhapura. We reached anuradapura dambulla rode in about four hours. We left the coach and took a bus leaving for Ganawrlpola.The atmosphere began to change as we drew nearer the hilly areas. We could see small hills on both sides of road. There were numberless tall green trees growing along the road. I felt much excited because we were going higher and higher.

  Hobbies are very important to a person Without having any hobby, life wont be as colorful as it should be I have a variety of hobbies, such as collecting stamps playing musical instruments, reading, and doing sport activities When I am free, I will spend time on my hobbies. When I am in a blue mood, I will also do my hobbies to cheer myself up Hobbies can belp us improve our moods Many hobbies requires devotion. For example, when you play a musical instrument, you have to practice over and over in order to perform good masc. After a period if you still emjoy it, gradually it will become a hobby of yours. But, remember. A hobby as like gold under the ground to hobby will come to you and you dig it out yourself. If you can treat staly as one of you hobbies, learning will be more enjoyable. I hope all of you can find your own hobbies and also have fun from them.

Trip To Hanthaana .  When 2018 we organised a trip to Hanthaana mountain.... it is most beautiful place in Sri Lanka. 10 of our team members are oshan, donesh, ishan, amda, bimsara, sasanka, lakshitha, pasindu, lakshan and me  . It is so funny journey.the hantana mountain range which is near Kandy. First day we went to peradeniya camps boys hostel. There was a friend of brother Lakshan. So he help us to hike hanthana mountain.  Offer our journey, firstly we went to peradeniya Botanical  Garden. We have over breakfast there..                     8.45 picked up our bags we went to the starting point. On arrival at the starting point, our guide ( friend of brother Lakshan ) will give us a brief introduction and safety requirement about hike. Hi Say safety your own and stay together. After we start our hike road to jungle. That area was declared and quiet. It is beauty of Environment protection area...   At 11:15 we ...

PIDURANGALA       Sri Lanka's most incredible viewpoint is pidurngala . It is at near the sigiriya rock. last year we organized a feel visit to sigiriya . It is poya day . with my frinds desided to hike pidurngala rock . so is fany trip . anu,kasuni ,hashan and me . we luckly get some happy and most helpfull people are never met. so most adventural game it is.   Befor we start our hike we wont to gets some tikets.  The Pidurangala Rock entrance fee is LKR 500 per person. The fee is part of a donation to the Pidurangala Sigiri Rajamaha Viharaya temple that you pass through to commence the hike. The Pidurangala Rock ticket office opens at 5 am and close at 6 pm, but you’re obviously welcome to stay as long as you like at the summit. In our opinion, Pidurangala is best visited for sunrise . . that is magical . i think a photographer want a truly magical Pidurangala experience overlooking Sigiriya , getting up before dawn and heading up to watch sunrise...
